Saturday i went up Wansfell with Fiona
Sunday i went for an hr 1/2 walk round Rydal Hall
Tuesday i swam 20 lengths
Today i went up Loughrigg :)
i had chicken ceaser salad for tea :)
im being healthy n happy!!
